Matthew 1:6-10

 6 Jesse begot King David. David begot Solomon by her who had been Uriah’s wife.

6. Jesse begot King David ― Jesse was one of the four people prior to Jesus who never sinned[1] and was a great Torah scholar[2]. Each of these four people only died because of the divine decree of death which was a result of Adam and Eve’s sin in the Garden.

🔯 Sins to Merits with Repentance Even if these individuals had sinned, their complete repentance and righteousness were so profound that any sins they may have committed were transformed into merits, effectively rendering them sinless[3].

❑ David was the seventh son from the same mother[4].
